Peacock

Top: Matthew Williamson for H&M, Skirt: Zara, Shoes & Bracelets: Thrifted

Yesterday's peacock outfit - too much fabric for this hot weather.
But you can't go too bare in a conservative small town ;)

Today, still hot outside, I had to cut honey suckle bushes in the middle of a forest.
At first, I wasn't too thrilled to be wandering through the woods in shorts(!), but it ended up being fun.
Hours of weight lifting at the gym payed off, and I used my "strength" to free part of the plant reservoir from the "bad" invader plant ;)
There were bugs, though. I.Hate.Bugs.

This experience reminded me of Elementary school, when we took field trips to a nature camp every so often. And it also makes me want to meet up with my former classmates.
It's been 15 years since we were 1st graders...

Greetings from the Midwest,
Lotte
